Measuring ourselves constantly against project deliverables of “Time, Cost & Quality” we operate real-time QA systems, live job costing software and industry recognised programme and cashflow suites. Each project is assigned a specific Site Manager suited to the requirements of the scheme who is supported by Directors at commercial level.
This flexibility means 5DC can undertake projects ranging from £250,000 - £5,000,000 and provide the same professional level of service across the board. Between the team, we’ve worked on and successfully delivered some impressive projects including Grade I, II & II* Listed projects, waterside developments, one-off luxury homes, commercial-to-residential conversion and much more.
5DC is part of a group along with 5D Solutions Ltd, a development company run by our CEO. We therefore know the development industry as well we know the construction industry – something that has led us to offer a full Design & Build service. We have worked with experienced and inexperienced developers alike, taking projects on as early as pre-planning and effectively managing the scheme through to a successful and profitable conclusion.
